2-Hour Response Time Guarantee
D-Kode provides a guarantee to respond to any questions or requests forwarded to team@dkodetech.com within 2 hours during normal business hours (Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm PST). If D-Kode fails to respond within this timeframe during the course of your contract, a $25 credit shall be given. D-Kode cannot guarantee any requested work will be completed within the 2 hours.
Website Security Guarantee
At D-Kode, we value our clients’ safety and security just as much as our own. Our Website Security Guarantee is our promise to you that your website will not be hacked. If it is, and our team cannot fix the issue, we are ready to clean out your hosting files and rebuild your entire website* at no cost.
Lowest Price Guarantee
We craft our SEO offers based on two factors: quality and cost-efficiency. Our Lowest Price Guarantee is our promise that you will find a comparable marketing service for less. If you do, we will pay you a 5% bonus over the difference. All we ask is that it is a written feature-to-feature comparison.
Monthly Meeting Guarantee
We believe in being our client’s marketing department and in partnering with you to grow your business. We strive to be proactive, transparent, and have open communication with each of our clients in order achieve fast, positive results. We therefore offer monthly marketing meetings with all of our clients to keep you updated about the work being done, the progress being made, and the results being produced. Our Monthly Meeting Guarantee is our promise to you that we will meet with you in person, by phone, or video conference on a monthly basis unless you advise us differently or are unable to meet. If we fail to meet with you and you’ve agreed to a monthly meeting, we will give you a 25% credit* for that month.
